She made the whole filling process so much easier by keeping me calm and comfortable, especially since I was a bit nervous.Allison, the hygienist, is amazing super friendly and truly knows her stuff inside and out. Dr. Fay was amazing! She helped me understand procedures and understood my anxiety and talked me through it. Her assistant Lauren was also extremely helpful in understanding my severe anxiety. The entire staff at this office is professional, kind and respectful. I did not have to wait in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes. When I was brought back to the exam area, I was greeted by a lovely young woman by the name of Molly. Molly went step by step with me what was going to take place.Dr. Nolan Bodah entered the room and was extremely professional and patient with me. He discussed the procedure of having a crown placed and the step by step process. He could tell I was nervous and assured me that everything was going to go smoothly.Dr. Bodah and Molly kept asking if I was doing ok and explained to me how much longer it would be until the procedure was complete.From the minute I arrived until I left my appt the staff was outstanding.
